It is one of the most comfortable and warming teas in our selection; despite its strength, the infusion never becomes bitter or astringent. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>This pu-erh is made from gushu, ancient trees that are at least a century old. The age of the tree has a huge impact on the tea; over the years, the leaves develop character, and the tree&#8217;s roots reach further, drawing more minerality from the soil. In this case, the rocky aromas are accompanied by a hint of black pepper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is our favorite tea to sip during lunch or dinner.
