A masterfully crafted teapot handmade by a Warsaw‑based artist Sabina Benčik. The teapot is universal in use, though its traditional Japanese shape suggests brewing Japanese teas.

It has a charming, rounded form and an excellent strainer made of around fifty tiny holes, allowing you to brew even the finest Japanese teas comfortably, without worrying about clogging or escaping leaf particles.

Capacity is 200 ml, enough to brew tea for anywhere from one to even six people. It pours in a nice, even stream in 7 seconds.

These kyusu are truly comfortable to hold, mainly thanks to the unique concave lid with a clearly defined spot for your index finger on the lid’s handle. We really loved this solution; they’re some of the most convenient Japanese teapots we’ve ever had the chance to hold.

The teapot is fully glazed, which means it does not affect the taste of the tea and can be safely washed in a dishwasher.

We do our best to make the photos as accurate as possible, but the settings of your screen may affect the shade of the ceramic colors. The listed price refers only to the teapot.

Struktura Ceramics pieces immediately caught our attention – they clearly stand apart from most Polish tea ceramics, where natural, subdued colors usually dominate.

Sabina Benčik on the other hand, creates bold ceramics – wild forms in rich, deep colors. This freshness of approach likely comes from her unique experiences; Sabina learned ceramics in Japan, in the legendary Tokoname, Atami and Shigaraki. We encourage you to follow her work on her Instagram profile!
