Classic wooden tea tongs, brought back from our latest trip to Taiwan.
They’re used to handle small teacups without touching them with your fingers, and for various tasks during traditional tea preparation, such as lifting the lid of a teapot or gaiwan. The tool is both elegant and practical: it protects your fingers from heat, since clay or metal teapots can reach surprisingly high temperatures.
