Probably everyone already knows about rooibos. It comes from South Africa and contains finely cut up leaves and stems from a red bush. It is processed in a very similar manner to black tea. Its gentle, honey flavour and deep reddish amber colour has found many devotees all over the world. We also especially recommend this tea for late evening drinking, or for people who are particularly sensitive to caffeine (after all, the stimulant is totally absent in rooibos). Our rooibos comes from organic South African cultivators.
